Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking an intern to support the Accounts Department in Madrid. Responsibilities include client management, budget preparation, and project coordination within a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will be in their final year of a related Master's degree, possess a high level of English, and have a willingness to learn. Join a creative, international company with great growth potential and a study grant of €300 per month.

Formación

• Student in the end year of relevant degree.
• Possibility to sign an internship agreement with a university.
• High level of English (C1 or bilingual).
• Previous experience in an accounts team is an asset.

Responsabilities

• Support to the Accounts Department in the daily management with clients.
• Support in the preparation of client budgets.
• Assisting in the development of briefs.
• Ensuring that the agency’s work is in line with the client’s briefing.
• Preparation and presentation of the agency’s proposals to the client.
• Assisting in the coordination, on time and on budget, of the production associated with each project or campaign.
• Execution of the administrative procedures associated with the project.
• Support in the coordination of the execution of the campaigns.
• Support in the production of the different pieces of a campaign with the creative department.
• Help in the coordination with the administration department.

Requirements

• Student in the end year of Advertising, Marketing, Journalism, Business Studies or related Master’s degree.
• Possibility to sign an internship agreement with a university or official school.
• High level of English (C1 or bilingual).
• Previous experience in an accounts team is an asset.
