WPP Production in Madrid is seeking a part-time role focused on intellectual property coordination within a dynamic, international production environment. You will obtain clearances, manage usage details for talent across projects, and support billing and timing reporting.

Ideal candidates have advanced English, strong organization, and familiarity with Microsoft Office; prior experience is a plus. The role offers on-site work with some telecommuting options and training opportunities.

• Commercial negotiation with rights holders and suppliers a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Attend team status meetings to gauge expire dates and project timings.
• Billing and usage reporting.

Responsabilities:

• Obtain clearance information from account teams and production
• Obtain usage details from the account team and producers (Visual Talent/ Music/ VO Talent) ensuring they cover the period of intended use
• Attend team status meetings to get an indication of expire dates and project timings
• Billing and usage reporting

Requirements:

• Master in Intellectual Property is a plus
• Advanced English level (oral and written)
• Microsoft Office (advanced Word and Excel)
• Interest in audiovisual production and advertising campaigns
• Commercial skills (negotiation with rightsholders, talents and other suppliers)
• Previous experience is a plus
• High level of organization
• Analytical thinking ability
