WPP Production is offering an internship focused on recruitment and talent sourcing in Madrid. The role supports managers in defining profiles, posting jobs, and coordinating interviews.

You will screen candidates, assist with onboarding, and help maintain our talent database while engaging with universities and branding activities. The position emphasizes collaboration across channels, global and local recruiting, and exposure to an international company with strong growth potential.

Formación

• Previous experience in recruiting, preferably within Advertising, Production, Marketing, or related environments.
• Interest and ability to work with various digital platforms and ATS tools.
• Demonstrates flexibility and agility, with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Interest in both global and local recruiting.

• Keep the talent database updated and ensure proper management of all information.
• Contribute to identifying new talent sources, including relationships with universities and employer branding activities.

• Keep the talent database updated and ensure proper management of all information.
• Contribute to identifying new talent sources, including relationships with universities and employer branding activities (networking, presentations, career fairs, etc.).

• Previous experience in recruiting, preferably within Advertising, Production, Marketing, or related environments.
• Interest and ability to work with various digital platforms and ATS tools.
• Demonstrates flexibility and agility, with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
