WPP Production is seeking a Recruitment Assistant to support the full recruitment life cycle, including CV screening and coordinating interviews. The role involves active sourcing of candidates and maintaining accurate candidate information. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field, plus a strong interest in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the full recruitment life cycle, including:
  • Assisting hiring managers in defining role requirements and core competencies
  • Marketing and sourcing open roles using multiple channels
  • CV screening and first candidate assessments
  • Coordinating and facilitating interview processes
  • Supporting testing, evaluation and feedback
  • Assisting with rate discussions, offer preparation and onboarding processes
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand current and future recruitment needs.
• Develop a solid understanding of the company’s talent pool across departments and accounts.
• Actively source candidates using different platforms, networks and databases.
• Ensure all candidate information is accurately stored and regularly updated in the ATS and talent databases, maintaining high data quality across markets.
• Produce and support reporting on key recruitment KPIs.
• Support the recruitment team in defining recruiting strategies and performance standards.
• Constantly looks for new recruitment sources – further develops relationships with key universities, raises profile of WPP Production via networking and presentations

Requirements

• Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Labor relations, Business Administration or a related field.
• Initial experience in recruitment, Talent Acquisition or HR
• Strong interest in recruitment and people‑focused environments.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and a candidate‑focused mindset.
• Comfortable working with digital tools, ATS and basic reporting (Excel).
• High level of English (international environment).
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or ATS tools is a plus.
