Job summary

Nordex Group in Pamplona, Spain, seeks a qualified Installation QA Manager to lead QA activities on wind-energy construction projects.

You will coordinate the Installation QA Technicians, oversee the management system, and drive KPI reporting for construction quality. English (B2) required; German is a plus. Experience in a similar role is valuable.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring collaboration with subcontractors and site teams to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

• Take part in the control and maintenance of the whole integrated management system.
• Lead and coordinate the team of Installation QA Technicians: recruiting, onboarding, project split, etc.
• Participate in meetings with subcontractors and external partners on quality topics.
• Provide technical support and training to Installation QA Technicians and Site Quality Technicians on quality topics.
• Manage quality KPIs for the construction process: collection, presentation, etc.

Your Tasks

• Take part in the control and maintenance of the whole integrated management system.
• Lead and coordinate the team of Installation QA Technicians: recruiting, onboarding, project split, etc.
• Participate and/or support the Installation QA Technicians in the meetings with construction subcontractors, external companies and/or other areas from Concrete Tower GLS and Nordex for the quality-related topics of the projects or the business.
• Guide and give technical support and trainings to the team of Installation QA Technicians and teams of Site Quality Technicians with regards to the quality topics during the progress of the construction activities.
• Manager the quality KPIs for the construction process: collection, presentation, etc.

Your Profile

• Bachelor´s degree in engineering or architecture.
• Valuable training on constructive processes.
• English: B2 and German is a plus
• Experience in a similar position will be valuable.
• Wind experience will be a plus
