UST España & Latam in Madrid is seeking a Test Data Management Specialist to design, build, and govern test data for banking client projects. You will craft synthetic and masked datasets, ensure referential integrity across systems, and collaborate with IDMC and TDM teams to plan environment refreshes.

You should have at least 3 years in TDM, strong SQL with Oracle/MS SQL/PostgreSQL, knowledge of SDLC and Agile, experience with data masking tools like Delphix or Informatica, and fluent English.

• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL.
• Solid knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Familiarity with SIT/UAT and regression testing.
• Experience with data masking tools (Delphix, Informatica) is highly desirable.
• Fluent English.

We are looking for a Test Data Management Specialist across the project of the client from the banking sector.

Work Location: Work model in hybrid in Madrid (3 days at the office, 2 WFH),

Main tasks and accountabilities will be:

• Design, extract, transform, and provision test data sets for UAT, TST50, TST60, UAT10 and other test environments.
• Guarantee referential integrity of test data across interconnected systems.
• Develop and manage reusable synthetic and masked datasets representing real-world client scenarios (onboarding, advising, compliance checks, transaction flows).
• Coordinate with IDMC and Test Data Management teams on environment refresh activities and data population plans.
• Support automation of test data provisioning using scripting (SQL, Python, Shell) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Docker, Git).

What do we expect from you?

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Test Data Management, preferably within financial services or highly regulated environments.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with relational databases (Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
• Solid understanding of Software Delivery Lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Familiarity with test phases such as SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
• Experience with data masking tools and technologies (e.g., Delphix, Informatica) is highly desirable.
• Fluent English.
