UST España & Latam is seeking a Test Data Management Specialist for a banking sector project in Madrid. The role is hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote).

You will design, transform, and provision test data, ensure data integrity across systems, and develop synthetic/masked datasets reflecting real client scenarios. Proficiency in SQL and databases is required; knowledge of masking tools is a plus.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Test Data Management, preferably within financial services or highly regulated environments.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with relational databases (Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
• Solid understanding of Software Delivery Lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Familiarity with test phases such as SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
• Experience with data masking tools and technologies (Delphix, Informatica) is highly desirable.
• Fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Design, extract, transform, and provision test data sets for UAT, TST50, TST60, UAT10 and other test environments.
• Guarantee referential integrity of test data across interconnected systems.
• Develop and manage reusable synthetic and masked datasets representing real-world client scenarios (onboarding, advising, compliance checks, transaction flows).
• Coordinate with IDMC and Test Data Management teams on environment refresh activities and data population plans.
• Support automation of test data provisioning using scripting (SQL, Python, Shell) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Docker, Git).

Work Location

Work model in hybrid in Madrid (3 days at the office, 2 WFH),
