The Advocate Group, exclusive partner for Monster Energy, seeks a Trade Development Manager to own and drive Monster’s presence across Andalucía, including Sevilla, Málaga, Almería/Jaén, and Cádiz/Algeciras. You will build relationships, secure distribution, and ensure compelling in-store execution.

You’ll travel daily within your territory, identifying opportunities, coordinating promotions, and feeding market insights to the wider Sales and Marketing teams.

Formación

• Experience in FMCG, field sales, retail or merchandising is highly valued.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Energetic, self-driven with a can-do attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Increase distribution and secure relevant SKUs across your territory.
• Expand range and ensure correct assortment in accounts.
• Identify and resolve out-of-stocks to maximise availability.
• Execute promotions and NPD launches in-store to drive execution.
• Create standout displays and merchandising, negotiate space and displays.
• Identify new outlets and growth opportunities; work with distributors and teams.
