Monster Energy is looking for a Trade Development Manager to own the Madrid territory and act as a brand ambassador in Modern Trade and Away From Home. You’ll drive distribution, availability, range and in-store execution across a busy retail landscape.

You’ll be out in the market daily, building relationships, identifying opportunities and ensuring Monster is unmissable wherever the brand is sold. This role demands energy, independence, and a proactive attitude.

Formación

• Experience in FMCG, field sales, retail or merchandising is preferred.
• Strong energy, ambition and results-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of territory.

Responsabilidades

• Increase distribution by securing more SKUs across accounts.
• Expand range and ensure correct assortment in all outlets.
• Identify and fix out-of-stocks to maximise availability.
• Lead promotional activity and NPD launches in-store.
• Create standout execution with POS, displays and merchandising.
• Negotiate additional space, secondary placements and displays.
