Monster Energy is seeking a Trade Development Manager in Madrid to own the territory, drive distribution, availability, and execution across Modern Trade and Away From Home. You’ll work out in the market daily, building relationships and driving opportunities across retail, petrol, impulse and food-to-go channels.

You’ll increase SKUs, improve assortment, and execute promotions while feeding back market insights to enable growth across the territory.

Formación

• Experience in FMCG, field sales or retail is advantageous.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Self-motivated with ownership of your territory.

Responsabilidades

• Increase distribution and SKUs across accounts.
• Expand range and ensure the right assortment.
• Resolve out-of-stocks to maximise availability.
• Execute promotions and NPD launches in-store.
• Create standout POS, displays and merchandising.
• Negotiate additional space and displays.
• Identify new outlets and growth opportunities.
• Support activations with distributor teams.
• Feedback market insights and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing and distributors.
