Soul Water is seeking a proactive Sales Rep to drive HoReCa growth in the Spanish market, focusing on premium hospitality and venues.

You’ll own your territory end to end, building relationships, opening new accounts, and turning listings into recurring volume. The role is territory-based with a base contract fee plus a sales bonus and potential for full-time growth.

Start as soon as possible, with growth potential as the market expands and Soul Water scales to 2030 targets.

Formación

• Field sales experience in Beverage, FMCG or premium hospitality (on-trade).
• Strong relationship-building and self-management.
• Based in Spain, with knowledge of coastal areas and key cities.
• Native Spanish language with professional working English.
• Experience growing HoReCa and venue accounts is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Acquire new HoReCa and venue accounts from prospect to close.
• Build relationships with venue Owners, F&B managers, and Buyers.
• Drive listing growth, renewals, and active pipeline.
• Deliver premium brand representation through tastings and activations.
• Coordinate fulfilment with back office and logistics partners.
• Collaborate with distributors and logistics partners.
