Soul Water in Spain is seeking a hands-on Sales Rep for HoReCa & venues to grow our premium mineral-water presence in the Spanish market. You will own the territory end to end, prospect new accounts, pitch our brand, and secure listings in premium hospitality.

This role emphasizes relationship-building, autonomy and a self-managing approach. You will collaborate with commercial teams and distributors while delivering tastings and activations, with a base contract fee plus sales bonus.

Formación

• Field sales experience in Beverage, FMCG or premium hospitality (on-trade).
• Relationship-driven, autonomous and self-managing.
• Lives in / knows the Spain territory (coastal areas + key cities).
• Native Spanish speaker with professional working English.

Responsabilidades

• Acquire new HoReCa & venue accounts from prospect to close.
• Build relationships with venue owners, F&B managers and buyers.
• Drive listing growth and re-orders; maintain active accounts.
• Provide premium brand representation including tastings and activations.
• Coordinate with back office and logistics to ensure smooth fulfilment.
