Soul Water is seeking a Sales Rep — Hospitality & Venues to grow our Spanish HoReCa presence. You will own a coastal and major city territory, building premium listings and driving recurring volumes.

You’ll operate autonomously in the field, forging strong relationships with venue owners, F&B managers and buyers, while coordinating with back office and distributors to ensure smooth fulfilment.

Formación

• Field sales experience in beverage, FMCG or premium hospitality (on-trade).
• Relationship-driven, autonomous and self-managing.
• Lives in / knows the territory Spain (coastal areas + key cities).
• Native Spanish language speaker plus professional working English.

Responsabilidades

• Acquire new HoReCa & venue accounts in your territory—from prospect to close.
• Build relationships with venue Owners, F&B managers and Buyers.
• Grow listings and re-orders; keep accounts active.
• Provide premium brand representation, including tastings, samplings and activations.
• Coordinate with back office and logistics for smooth fulfilment.
