Soul Water is seeking a Sales Rep to grow our HoReCa and venue presence across Spain. You will own the territory end-to-end, build relationships with venue Owners, F&B managers and Buyers, and drive listings and recurring orders in premium hospitality.

Ideal candidates have field sales experience in Beverage or premium hospitality, are autonomous, and know the Spanish market (coastal areas and major cities). This is a part-time role with potential to scale and join the core commercial team.

Formación

• Field sales experience in Beverage, FMCG or premium hospitality (on-trade).
• Autonomous, self-managing and relationship-driven.
• Knowledge of Spain market (coastal areas + major cities).
• Native Spanish language speaker with professional working English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new HoReCa & venue accounts from prospect to close.
• Manage relationships with venue Owners, F&B managers and Buyers.
• Drive listing growth and re-orders; keep accounts active.
• Coordinate with back office and logistics for smooth fulfilment.
• Maintain active sales pipeline and account base.
