Akkar is seeking an Area Sales Manager to lead commercial efforts in Central Spain, Andalucía and Southern Portugal. The role involves extensive travel (about 80%) to build relationships with industrial customers and grow opportunities for pump and fluid-handling solutions.

Candidates should have 3–5+ years in technical sales, a proven B2B background, and fluency in Spanish with professional English. Portuguese is a plus; an engineering degree is useful but not essential.

Formación

• 3–5+ years in technical or industrial sales.
• Experience selling pumps, fluid-handling or hydraulic equipment.
• Fluent Spanish and professional working English.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Central Spain, Andalucía and Southern Portugal.
• Proven ability to win new business and manage industrial customers.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new business across the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with industrial customers and end users.
• Identify new applications and market opportunities.
• Manage technical and commercial discussions from initial enquiry through to order.
• Work closely with engineering and technical teams to develop customer-specific solutions.
• Grow existing accounts and expand the company's presence with new customers.
• Provide market intelligence and contribute to the broader commercial strategy for Spain.
