Porsche Digital, a Porsche company, is expanding its Spanish and Portuguese Customer Relations Hub in Barcelona. We are seeking passionate Customer Experts to revolutionise Porsche's customer service by delivering clear, accurate information and ensuring a smooth, positive experience.

You will be the first contact for the Iberian market, represent our products, and contribute ideas to grow the hub. Fluency in Spanish, English, and Portuguese, plus automotive luxury experience, are required.

Formación

• Native level of Spanish with a proficient level of English and Portuguese.
• Experience working in the automotive industry.
• Experience in luxury Customer Service with a CRM (e.g. SAP, Salesforce or any other).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to quickly understand customer needs with an empathetic and problem-solving mindset.

Who You Will Work With

We are growing ourSpanish and Portuguese team at Porsche's Customer Relations Hub (CRH) in Barcelona together with you. At the CRH we are creating something new and innovative to inspire the customer experience of the Porsche brand. You may think of it as a call center -- but way better! You are an essential part of Porsche's customer success, so you might as well call yourself a Porsche Ambassador.

What Are We Looking For

Do you "speak" Porsche? Because we are looking for passionate Customer Experts who seek to revolutionise Porsche's customer service. Your mission will be to provide excellent customer support by delivering clear, accurate information and ensuring every customer has a smooth and positive experience.
