Porsche Digital in Barcelona seeks an Advanced CMS Operations Manager to drive delivery across the content operation for Porsche Websites. You will coordinate content production and rollouts across markets and languages, and serve as the link between the content team, product, and international markets.

You will own prioritization, orchestrate rollout timelines, and keep the ticketing system and delivery pipeline transparent.

Formación

• University degree in business, communications, digital media, project management, or equivalent.
• 3+ years in digital operations or content and rollout coordination.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills in fast-moving, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Familiarity with headless CMS platforms; Storyblok is a plus.
• Experience coordinating multi-market, multi-language delivery.
• Clear, structured communicator with English fluency; German is a plus.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

This position is part of our Content Management & Operations team for the Porsche Websites. We run the end-to-end operating model for content-driven websites on Porsche.com (concept, build, rollout, and maintenance), with Storyblok as our central CMS and AI-supported workflows built in to deliver high-quality, scalable content at speed. The team is based at our Barcelona hub and works in English.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

As an Advanced CMS Operations Manager, you keep delivery moving across the whole content operation. You coordinate content and rollouts across markets, own prioritization, and you are the communication link between the content team, product, and markets.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Coordinate content production and rollouts across page types, markets, and languages
• Own prioritization across incoming requests, balancing capacity, deadlines, and business impact
• Act as the communication link between the content team, product teams, and international markets
• Orchestrate rollout timelines and go-live coordination, including dependencies on data interfaces and approvals
• Keep the ticketing system and delivery pipeline transparent and up to date
• Identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements to increase throughput and time-to-market
• Support standardization of rollout processes and reusable ways of working
• Ensure quality and compliance checkpoints are met throughout coordination

WHAT YOU BRING

• University degree in business, communications, digital media, project management, or a comparable field, or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years in digital operations, project coordination, or content and rollout coordination
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills in fast-moving, multi-stakeholder environments
• Familiarity with headless CMS platforms (Storyblok is a plus) and ticketing or workflow tools
• Experience coordinating multi-market, multi-language delivery
• Clear, structured communicator who keeps stakeholders aligned
• Strong written and spoken English; German is a plus
• Pragmatic, proactive, and calm under delivery pressure
