Porsche Digital, a Porsche company, is expanding its Spanish and Portuguese Customer Relations Hub in Barcelona. We are seeking passionate Customer Experts to revolutionise Porsche's customer service by delivering clear, accurate information and ensuring a smooth, positive experience.

You will be the first contact for the Iberian market, represent our products, and contribute ideas to grow the hub. Fluency in Spanish, English, and Portuguese, plus automotive luxury experience, are required.

Formación

• Native level of Spanish with a proficient level of English and Portuguese.
• Experience working in the automotive industry.
• Experience in luxury Customer Service with a CRM (e.g. SAP, Salesforce or any other).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to quickly understand customer needs with an empathetic and problem-solving mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Representing our products and services.
• Being the first point of contact for our customers from the Iberian market.
• Supporting the development of the Customer Relations Hub by introducing your ideas.
• Using your communication skills to help customers with a wide variety of issues.
• Assuring the customers have a positive experience that fits our quality standards.
