ServiceNow is seeking an Advisory Solution Consultant with deep telecom industry expertise to support Solution Sales. You will lead workshops, demonstrate telecom-focused capabilities, and mentor others within the advisory track for complex customer environments.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and executives to shape account strategies and deliver differentiated value for telecom operators and service providers.

Formación

• 7+ years in pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering.
• Strong telecom industry knowledge, understanding telco operations and processes.
• Experience working with major telecom providers; familiarity with operators like Telefónica, Vodafone, Orange, etc.

Responsabilidades

• Support product sales as a technical and domain expert within a client-facing sales team, focusing on telecom operators and service providers.
• Lead discovery workshops to understand customer challenges and deliver demonstrations aligned to telecom use cases.
• Engage with customers on industry-specific processes and systems, including service operations, network workflows, and order/case management.
• Answer product feature and technical questions, connecting platform capabilities to telecom realities.
• Collaborate with Sales to develop account strategies and advance opportunities in the telecommunications vertical.
