Job summary

Sedgwick in Europe seeks a Workday Analyst - Cross Application to configure, support, and continuously optimize Workday across multiple applications. This remote, full-time role offers exposure to global HR systems and cross-functional collaboration with IT and business teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
Associate level certification in different Networking technologies such as (but not limited to) Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA etc.

Responsibilities

Communicate and coordinate with clients to diagnose incidents and provide remote support.
Analyze and escalate issues following procedures to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain and update configuration items and related knowledge articles.
Log incidents with sufficient detail and track progress through resolution.
Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to expedite diagnosis and fix actions.
