Sedgwick seeks a Workday Analyst - Cross Application to configure, support, and improve Workday and related HR systems across regions. You will work with HR, IT, Total Rewards, and external vendors to ensure data integrity, security, and efficient processes.

Responsibilities include configuring Workday, testing, issue resolution, documentation, and delivering cross-application enhancements in a fully remote setting across Spain or Portugal.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred in information systems, CS, HR, or business.
• More than 3 years of HRIS or technical systems experience is advantageous.
• Experience with Workday configuration and cross-application HR systems.

Mansioni

• Configure, test, and deploy Workday enhancements and changes across applications.
• Investigate issues, ensure data integrity, and support releases and integrations.
• Collaborate with international teams to translate requirements into system designs.
• Maintain documentation, process guides, and training materials for HRIS.
