Sedgwick is seeking a Workday Analyst - Cross Application for a fully remote role based in Spain or Portugal. You will configure, support, and continuously improve Workday and related HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity, security, and efficient business processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field preferred
3+ years HRIS or technical systems experience with Workday configuration and support
Experience with Workday across multiple functional areas including security, reporting and integrations

Configure and support Workday across applications
Assist with testing, deployment, and enhancements
Investigate issues and root causes, proposing effective solutions
Monitor Workday processes and address exceptions and data integrity
Create and maintain HRIS documentation and training materials
Support release readiness, testing, and post-deployment support
Collaborate with HR, IT, Total Rewards, and external vendors across countries and time zones
