Sedgwick seeks a Workday Analyst - Cross Application to configure, support, and continuously improve Workday and related systems. You will ensure data integrity, security, and efficient HR processes while collaborating with HR, IT, and external vendors across Spain, Portugal, and beyond.

You will manage configuration across applications, support releases and integrations, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives with a global HRIS team.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, HR, or related field preferred.
• More than 3 years of HRIS or technical systems experience with hands‑on Workday configuration and support.

Mansioni

• Configure and support Workday across applications to ensure reliability and data integrity.
• Assist with enhancements, testing, releases, integrations, and system changes.
• Monitor Workday processes, investigate issues, and implement fixes and improvements.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Total Rewards, and vendors across countries and time zones.
• Document configurations, create process guides, and support training materials.
