Grupo Aldesa is seeking a dedicated Especialista en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (PRL) to join a fully remote team with a focus on Vigo, Galicia, and nationwide construction sites. You will develop and implement health and safety policies, conduct risk assessments, and guide site teams and management to ensure the highest safety standards.

You will lead investigations into accidents, deliver safety training, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain comprehensive safety documentation.

Qualificações

• University degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (or equivalent official qualification in Spain).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Spanish health and safety legislation and its application in construction.
• Experience in developing and delivering safety training programs.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in using safety management software and standard office applications.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Commitment to fostering a safe and healthy work environment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and improve health and safety management systems for construction sites nationwide, with focus on Vigo.
• Conduct risk assessments and site inspections, remotely where possible, coordinating on-site personnel.

• Provide expert advice and training to site managers, supervisors, and workers on health and safety regulations.
