Cross Border Talents in Spain is seeking a Dutch-speaking Solution Specialist to guide SMBs through cloud-based solutions that boost productivity, collaboration, and long-term growth. On-site role in Malaga/Valencia with permanent, full-time employment.

You will manage the full sales cycle with internal teams, translate customer needs into scalable solutions, and build lasting relationships based on credibility and results.

Formación

• Native or fluent Dutch and strong English required.
• Several years of technology-related sales or business development experience.
• Ability to discuss cloud architecture and adoption planning.

Responsabilidades

• Secure new customer wins through up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Deliver technical product overviews and support implementation planning.

This role is designed for professionals who want to deepen their expertise while working close to real business impact. As a Dutch-speaking Solution Specialist, you will support small and medium-sized businesses, guiding them through cloud-based solutions that improve productivity, collaboration, and long-term growth.

You will manage the full sales cycle in partnership with internal teams, combining technical knowledge with strong communication. You'll act as a trusted advisor, translating customer needs into scalable solutions and building lasting relationships based on credibility and results.

Your responsibilities

Securing new customer wins through up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, delivering technical product overviews, supporting implementation planning, validating requirements, and demonstrating solutions through virtual sessions. You will also contribute to internal knowledge sharing and continuously develop your understanding of evolving cloud technologies.

Your profile

Includes native or fluent Dutch and strong English, a bachelors degree, and several years of experience in technology-related sales or business development. You are comfortable discussing cloud architecture, security, and adoption planning, and you thrive in customer-facing environments.
