Cross Border Talents is seeking a Solution Specialist (Dutch-speaking) for on-site work in Malaga/Valencia, Spain. The role emphasizes ownership of customer conversations from discovery to readiness, with relocation support provided.

You will collaborate with sales and technical teams, demo solutions, deliver focused trainings, and stay current with cloud developments. Fluent Dutch and strong English are required, with prior tech sales or consulting experience valued.

You'll own your customer conversations end to end — from identifying opportunities to explaining value, validating requirements, and supporting implementation readiness. The role blends technical understanding with practical communication, in an environment that values results over noise.

You'll collaborate closely with sales and technical teams, run solution demos, deliver targeted trainings, and stay up to date with cloud developments. Independence is expected, support is always available.

You bring fluent Dutch, strong English, experience in tech sales or consulting, and the confidence to guide customer decisions. You're structured, curious, and comfortable in fast-moving settings.
