Moodle is looking for an organised and proactive Technology Partner Administrative Assistant to provide operational, administrative and logistical support to our Technology Partnerships team. Reporting to the Head of Technology Partnerships, you will help keep partnership operations running smoothly by coordinating partner meetings and actions, supporting the rollout of our new tiered partner programme, maintaining accurate CRM data and process documentation, and providing hands‑on support for our Global Partner Event in Barcelona. This is a 3‑month fixed term contract (FTC), part‑time, Barcelona‑based role working three days per week.
