Cencora in Madrid is seeking a Technology Delivery Lead & Scrum Master to drive large-scale IT initiatives end-to-end. You will own delivery plans, coordinate across regions, and ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes in a hybrid, global IT organization.

Ideal candidates have 8-10+ years delivering complex tech programs, experience with ServiceNow, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps or Jira, and PM certification. You’ll manage risks, budgets, dependencies, and guide teams to pragmatic, outcome-focused

• 8-10+ years delivering complex technology initiatives end-to-end with accountability for outcomes across time, cost, scope, and quality.
• Familiarity with delivery and reporting tools such as ServiceNow, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps (ADO), or JIRA.
• Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum.
• Demonstrated proficiency in risk and issue management, including early identification, impact assessment, escalation, and driving effective mitigation plans across technical, operational, and delivery dimensions.
• Strong experience guiding delivery teams through project estimation, including development of realistic budget forecasts, resource plans, and delivery timelines, and maintaining those estimates as conditions change.
• Ability to balance delivery ambition with practical constraints, adjusting scope, sequencing, and plans as risks, dependencies, and priorities evolve.
• Experience managing large, complex initiatives alongside one or more medium or smaller projects.
• A solid understanding of dependency management, testing coordination, and release planning.
• Experience working with global, cross-functional stakeholders and influencing without direct authority.

As a Technology Delivery Lead & Scrum Master, this role exists to bring focus, structure, and disciplined execution to that complexity. What you’ll do
