Ideal candidates have a strong background in analytics, pricing, and reporting, with advanced Excel and BI tooling and experience in CRM/CPQ platforms. This full-time role offers opportunities to impact commercial decisions and growth.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, CS or related field.
• 3+ years in analytics, pricing, commercial operations, reporting, or related function.
• Experience in logistics, healthcare or supply chain is a plus.

We are looking for a Pricing Operations Analyst to support pricing strategy, commercial analysis and pricing operations across our global network. This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine analytics, business insight and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced international environment.

Responsibilities

• Pricing Operations & Execution
• Support the execution and maintenance of customer pricing across systems and processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with commercial agreements.
• Support defined stages of the pricing and deal execution process, ensuring pricing requests are completed accurately, documented appropriately, and aligned with governance requirements.
• Partner with Sales and internal stakeholders to help structure pricing proposals that balance competitiveness, profitability, and operational feasibility.
• Analytics, Reporting & Insights
• Analyze and interpret pricing, commercial, and operational data to generate actionable insights and recommendations for team members and leadership.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance recurring reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to improve visibility into pricing performance and business trends.
• Support profitability analysis, pricing scenario modeling, and evaluation of pricing performance, including trends in margins, discounts, and commercial outcomes.
• Project Support & Process Improvement
• Support pricing projects and process improvement initiatives by helping define requirements, coordinating stakeholders, tracking milestones, and assisting with implementation across the network.
• Help develop and enhance pricing tools, templates, models, and best practices to improve consistency, transparency, data quality, and overall pricing processes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Business Support
• Work across global and regional departments to support pricing operations and ensure alignment between commercial goals and system/process capabilities.
• Translate analytical findings into clear, business-relevant insights that support commercial and operational decisions.
• Support the preparation of presentation materials, summaries, and recommendations for management and cross-functional audiences.
• Market & Commercial Awareness
• Stay informed about healthcare industry trends, competitor activity, customer expectations, and market dynamics relevant to pricing decisions.
• Support benchmarking and comparative analysis to strengthen pricing recommendations and commercial positioning.

What We're Looking For

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in analytics, pricing, commercial operations, reporting or a related business function.
• Experience in logistics, healthcare or supply chain environments is a plus.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting and business intelligence tools.
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Python, Access, VBA or similar tools is desirable.
• Experience with CRM, CPQ, PROS or CONGA platforms is advantageous.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
