Cencora is seeking a Learning & Development leader in Spain to design and execute training programs for supply chain planning, logistics, and distribution. You will drive curricula development, governance and deployment, working with cross-functional teams to enable consistent execution and operational excellence across the network.

The role emphasizes developing people, driving process improvements, and delivering measurable outcomes through robust training strategies and governance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in training, learning and development, or related roles.
• 5+ years in a management capacity.

Responsabilidades

• Lead training programs across supply chain planning, logistics and distribution to ensure workforce readiness and standardized execution.
• Oversee design, development, and continuous improvement of curricula, learning pathways, job aids and process documentation.
• Drive training deployment for new processes, warehouse workflows, systems and network changes to improve adoption and reduce disruption.
• Partner with operations, logistics, quality, technology and other stakeholders to identify capability gaps and align learning solutions with business goals.
• Establish training governance, schedules and delivery plans to support onboarding, upskilling, compliance and ongoing readiness.
• Monitor training effectiveness using assessments and performance metrics to refine content and improve outcomes.
• Lead team performance, resource planning and talent development to sustain high delivery quality.

About The Role

You will lead the strategy and execution of training programs that prepare teams to perform effectively in fast-paced, complex operational environments.

What You’ll Do

• Lead training programs that support supply chain planning, logistics, distribution, and operational processes, helping ensure workforce readiness, standardized execution, and sustainable performance.
• Oversee the design, development, and continuous improvement of training curricula, learning pathways, job aids, and process documentation aligned with logistics operations, operational requirements, and business priorities.
• Drive training deployment for new processes, warehouse and distribution workflows, systems, network changes, and operational initiatives to improve adoption, reduce disruption, and support consistent execution.
• Partner closely with operations, logistics, quality, technology, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify capability gaps, prioritize training needs, and align learning solutions to business objectives.
• Establish training governance, schedules, and delivery plans to support onboarding, upskilling, compliance, and recurring operational readiness needs across logistics and supply chain teams.
• Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, operational performance measures, and stakeholder feedback, using data and insights to refine content, improve outcomes, and address recurring issues.
• Lead team performance, resource planning, and talent development to maintain high delivery quality, strengthen instructional capability, and support evolving operational and logistics demands.

What We’re Looking For

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, operations management, business administration, education, or a related field — or equivalent experience — required
• Master’s degree in supply chain, logistics, operations management, business administration, education, or a related field — or equivalent experience — preferred

Experience

• 10+ years of experience in training, learning and development, operational excellence, supply chain operations, or a related field required
• 5+ years of experience in a management capacity required
