Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences in Moncada, Valencia is seeking a Supervisor, Technical Training to lead the training team responsible for valve assembly and related processes. This role offers the opportunity to drive training programs aligned with Master Product Schedule and New Product Introduction.

You will supervise trainers, manage materials and metrics, conduct performance reviews, and ensure audit-ready records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field, 1 year of experience, or 9 years' product assembly experience with training focus.
• Technical Diploma with 3 years supervisory experience.
• Associate's Degree with 3 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of employees in conducting technical training activities.
• Manage training materials, inventory, and training metrics; provide progress reports.
• Develop, plan, and schedule Screening, Work Trial, and training activities per Master Product Schedule (MPS) and New Product Introduction (NPI).
• Provide feedback and conduct performance reviews of Trainers and Trainees.
• Participate in improvement projects and coordinate with engineering on investigations; ensure documentation validity.
• Prepare training records to ensure audit compliance.
• Note: This position operates on a rotating shift schedule.
