Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical qualification in industrial mechatronics, electromechanics, or electronics.
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on preventive and corrective maintenance and troubleshooting of production equipment.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, electronic, pneumatic, and control systems.
• Experience documenting maintenance activities in electronic maintenance systems.
• Knowledge of Lean tools and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Intermediate English to understand technical documentation and communicate with OEMs.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment, troubleshooting failures and minimizing downtime.
• Document maintenance activities, processes, procedures, work orders, and technical interventions in systems with traceability and compliance.
• Support equipment and process validation activities, run tests and protocols, and contribute to reliability and continuous improvement projects.
• Apply Lean and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Maintain and review technical documentation related to equipment validation and improvement.
• Coordinate and supervise external contractors and service providers on site, collaborating with Production, Engineering, Calibration, and other teams.
• Work in cleanroom environments, following gowning and contamination-control requirements, with some shifts.
