Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing or training
• Experience in medical devices preferred

Responsabilidades

• Supervise a training team and manage materials and metrics.
• Plan and schedule Training activities aligned with MPS and NPI.
• Provide performance feedback and conduct reviews of Trainers and Trainees.
• Ensure audit-ready training records and documentation.
• Participate in improvement projects with engineering and QA.
• Operate on rotating shift schedule.
