Responsibilities

• Supervise a team in conducting technical training activities
• Oversee training materials, inventory, and metrics reporting
• Plan and schedule Screening, Work Trial, and training activities
• Provide feedback and conduct performance reviews
• Participate in improvement projects with engineering
• Maintain training records for audits
• Note: rotating shift schedule
