The role emphasizes environment monitoring, log analysis, and active collaboration with clients to ensure seamless deployments.

• Spanish and English are mandatory.
• 2 years in IT or similar position would be ideal.
• Pragmatism & Ownership: provide effective, maintainable solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor synchronizations and automatic notifications.
• Manage and resolve technical incidents.
• Weekly internal follow-up meetings to set priorities.
• Environment monitoring, log review, and SQL queries.
• Remote connection to client servers.
• Configure tools and resolve initial product issues.
• Environment setup based on client needs; installation and configuration of system components; integrations with other systems.
• Authentication management (LDAP, SAML, SSO, Databases)
• License and permission management
• Meetings and clarifications with clients regarding integration questions
• Collaborate in maintaining responsibilities within the organization’s Integrated Management System
• Understand and apply Quality and Information Security policies (ISO/IEC 27001 and ENS)
• Comply with Environmental Policy guidelines
• Follow Business Continuity procedures; if assigned a trusted role, assume the tasks for that role

What we believe should contribute to your success in this context

• Advanced Vocational Training in IT and/or experience in a similar position - 2 years would be ideal.

• Pragmatism & Ownership: Ability to find effective, maintainable solutions to complex problems and take ownership of the delivered features.

• Effective Communication: Clear and concise communication, both written and verbal.

• Adaptability: Ability to quickly switch context and adapt to evolving technical requirements and product needs.

• Spanish and English are mandatory
