Job summary

Darktrace is seeking a Technical Success Manager (12 month FTC) for a hybrid Madrid role. You will partner with security and IT teams to drive adoption of our cybersecurity platform, turning deployment into measurable operational value and reducing risk.

You will collaborate with Account Executives, Solutions Engineering, and Services to monitor health, renewal readiness and growth opportunities. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential, with 3+ years in a technical, customer-facing role and

Qualifications

3+ years in a technical, customer-facing role.
Fluency in Spanish and English.
Experience in enterprise cybersecurity, networking, cloud, SaaS, or infrastructure.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical guidance for customers and internal teams.
Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Comfort engaging with security engineers, SOC analysts, system administrators and executives.

Responsibilities

Build trusted relationships with customer security and IT teams.
Create practical technical success plans to drive adoption and measurable value.
Identify high-value use cases to embed the platform in daily operations.
Use health indicators to spot adoption gaps and renewal risks early.
Guide customers from deployment to active use and Time-to-Value.
Lead mitigation planning for blockers and operational gaps.
Provide technical health insights for renewal, QBRs and growth discussions.
Highlight opportunities for expansion with the Account Executive.
