Job summary

Darktrace is seeking a Technical Success Manager to blend technical depth with customer advocacy and commercial awareness. You will partner with security, IT, and stakeholders to embed the platform into daily security operations, reduce risk, and deliver measurable outcomes.

This hybrid role requires a minimum of 3 days per week in our Madrid office. You will collaborate with Account Executives, Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, Support and Renewals, providing a clear technical view

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in technical customer-facing roles and understanding of cybersecurity concepts.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with customer security and IT teams to understand priorities and outcomes.
• Create practical technical success plans that drive adoption and value realization.
• Identify high-value use cases to integrate the platform into daily security operations.
• Monitor product usage and health indicators to spot adoption gaps and risks early.
• Guide customers from deployment to active use, reducing time-to-value and handover friction.
• Lead mitigation planning for blockers and operational gaps affecting health and renewal readiness.
• Provide technical health insights for renewal discussions and expansion opportunities.
• Surface opportunities to support upsell and cross-sell in partnership with Account Executive.
• Champion the voice of technical users to feed product feedback and success requirements.
