Job summary

Longi Solar is seeking a dynamic Technical Solutions Manager for Energy Storage Systems to design and deliver tailored technical solutions that meet customer requirements while ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety guidelines.

You will work closely with customers, sales, project management, and R&D teams from inquiry through implementation, prepare detailed specifications and bid documents, and drive solution optimization and knowledge-sharing across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or related field.
• Proficiency in creating technical documentation, schematics, and bidding documents.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of battery storage, power conversion, grid integration, and energy management systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer inquiries and requirements to design technical solutions for energy storage systems, including BESS, PCS, and EMS components.
• Evaluate technical feasibility and optimize solutions for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation, including specifications, schematics, and configurations.
• Develop and submit comprehensive bidding documents and proposals that meet regulatory, technical, and customer-specific standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align solutions with project goals.
• Serve as a technical point of contact for customers during pre-sales, proposal, and implementation phases.
• Contribute to the development of new tools and methodologies for solution optimization.
