JDEnergy is seeking a technical engineer with a strong power systems background to support our Energy Storage System team in Spain and the South America region. Jobbeschreibung

We are looking for a technical engineer with a solid power system background and overseas project experience to join our Energy Storage System team. You will act as a key bridge between technical and commercial teams, responsible for technical solution design, technical responses, and full-cycle management of technical agreements for international customers, supporting the growth and delivery of our overseas energy storage business.

The role covers Spain or the South American region, with a primary focus on key markets including Spain, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, and other Spanish-speaking countries

Key Responsibilities

• Develop technical solutions, respond to technical inquiries, and lead the drafting, negotiation, revision, and finalization of technical agreements based on customer needs and project-specific scenarios.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of power system architecture and overseas grid standards to design solutions for complex application scenarios, supporting international sales efforts.
• Master energy storage system design technologies, participate in system architecture design and optimization, and ensure solutions meet project requirements and local grid connection standards.
• Collaborate with sales, project, R&D teams, and customers to drive technical solutions from initial communication through to contract signing.
• Track changes in overseas grid standards and policies, and provide technical input for product and solution iteration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Power Systems, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• Solid knowledge of power system architecture and overseas grid standards; experience in overseas energy storage or power projects is preferred.
• Familiar with energy storage system design, including battery systems, PCS, EMS, and grid connection technologies.
• Capable of technical proposal writing, technical agreement negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Good English communication skills, able to use English as a working language for technical communication and documentation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to multi-project and international working environments.
