Job summary

vhf Group is seeking a dedicated field service and technical support professional in Spain to act as the local resource for distributors and end users. You will install, commission, and train customers on our equipment and software, and provide ongoing service and training at client sites and partner centers.

Qualifications

• Vocational training in dental technology or mechanics/electronics required.
• Initial professional experience in digital dental technology or mechanical engineering appreciated.
• Fluent Spanish (C1/C2) and English (B2+).
• Willingness to travel approx. 50%.
• Reliable, resilient and team-oriented.
• Independent, precise and careful working style.
• Class B driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Installation, commissioning and qualified initial training on our equipment and software
• Support, maintenance, training and repairs at customer sites and in partner repair centres
• Service and support training for distributors and partners
• Technical sales support for the field sales force, both virtually and on site, at trade fairs and events
• Consulting individual customers in close coordination with Area Sales Management
• Member of our global second-level support team for our customers and partners

What We’re Looking For

• Successful completion of vocational training as a dental technician or, alternatively, in the field of mechanics/electronics (m/f/d)
• Initial professional experience in digital dental technology or in mechanical engineering
• Very good Spanish skills (Spanish - C1/2 level) and English skills (at least B2 level)
• High degree of flexibility and willingness to travel (approx. 50%)
• Reliability, resilience and ability to work in a team
• Independent, precise and careful working style
• Class B driving license required
