Eastman is seeking a Technical Service Representative for its Animal Nutrition division in the Madrid area. You will support documentation, laboratory activities, quality processes, and technical customer engagement to promote product use and compliance.

The role requires a Master’s in a relevant field, strong knowledge of animal health and nutrition, and fluency in Spanish and English. Portuguese is valued and you will interact with regulatory teams and customers.

Competenze

Master's degree in Animal Nutrition, Animal Production, Animal Health, Veterinary Science or a related field.
Strong knowledge of animal health, animal nutrition and/or chemistry; organic acids knowledge is a plus.
Strong training and presentation abilities; able to prepare and present technical reports.
Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese skills are valued.

Mansioni

Documentation: create product labels, technical data sheets and safety data sheets with Regulatory.
Laboratory support: prepare lab samples up to 25 kg for customers and perform analytical control.
Quality control and quality assurance: support HACCP audits and supplier validation; document lab procedures; investigate root causes of complaints.
Technical support to customers: deliver training sessions/workshops and develop technical content to support sales.
Represent Eastman at industry conferences and events and build client relationships.
