Job summary

Zoetis Spain SL is seeking a Diagnostics Technical Support Representative to assist end users, field reps, and distributors with diagnostic products. You will diagnose issues, guide product operation, and work across teams to ensure a positive customer experience in clinics, labs, and academia.

The role requires robust technical skills, strong customer service, and the ability to manage multiple support channels, documentation, and regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or Vet Tech preferred; equivalent experience considered
• 3+ years in Customer/Technical Support roles with at least 1 year in Technical Support
• Point of care diagnostic experience preferred
• CRM/ERP/PIMS and contact center systems experience highly preferred
• Italian and English required; additional European languages are a strong advantage

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to high volumes of technical support requests via multiple channels
• Diagnose and resolve product performance, connectivity, and operation issues
• Document interactions and resolutions in the CRM system
• Manage end-to-end case handling and reporting to regulatory authorities
• Escalate through defined pathways and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Assist in onboarding and proactive follow-up for new installations
