AlphaESS Europe seeks a Technical Field Engineer to act as the technical interface for energy storage products. You will provide professional technical support to distributors, installers, and service partners throughout project delivery and after-sales processes.

You will guide onsite installation, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of ESS, with a focus on promptly resolving system issues across residential and C&I projects.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Renewable Energy, or related field.
• Experience in energy storage, photovoltaic, inverter, battery systems, or related electrical industries preferred.
• Solid electrical and system knowledge with ability to analyze onsite issues and troubleshoot.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional technical support to distributors, installers, and service partners throughout project delivery and after-sales processes.
• Offer onsite installation guidance, commissioning, testing and troubleshooting of energy storage systems.
• Support technical analysis for residential and commercial/industrial ESS projects, including EMS, inverter, and battery system issues.
• Handle customer complaints and technical escalation cases, coordinate internal resources, and drive issue resolution.

• Act as the technical interface for the company’s energy storage products, providing professional technical support to distributors, installers, and service partners throughout project delivery and after-sales processes
• Responsible for onsite installation guidance, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of energy storage systems, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve system issues
• Support technical analysis for residential and C&I ESS projects, including communication, EMS, inverter, and battery system related issues
• Handle customer complaints and technical escalation cases, coordinate internal resources, and drive issue resolution to improve customer satisfaction
• Maintain close communication with R&D and product teams, provide feedback on onsite issues and product improvement suggestions, and support continuous product optimization
• Collect and organize onsite operational data, service reports, and technical documentation to ensure accurate and complete service records
• Provide technical training to distributors, installers, and service partners, covering product installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting

Qualifications

• :Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Renewable Energy, or related field
• sExperience in energy storage, photovoltaic, inverter, battery systems, or related electrical industries is preferre
• dSolid electrical and system knowledge with the ability to independently analyze onsite issues and perform troubleshootin
• gHands-on experience in onsite installation, commissioning, or technical servic
• eFamiliarity with communication protocols such as Modbus, CAN, and TCP/IP is preferre
• dStrong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate efficiently with customers, installers, and internal team
• sCustomer-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently and driving problem resolutio
• nFluent in both Spanish and English as working language
• sWillingness to travel within Europe when require
