Reporting to the Overseas Technical Support Manager, you will collaborate with experienced polymer researchers, engineers, and sales managers to ensure efficient technical operations and business expansion.

Among the main responsibilities are:

• Provide professional and timely technical support to polyurethane downstream home application customers.
• Diagnose and resolve quality and technical issues efficiently, support customers in troubleshooting, and manage complaints.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to develop new customers, conduct factory trials, and support achievement of sales targets.
• Gather market intelligence on customer needs and industry developments.
• Share insights to support R&D and sales in product improvement, business development, and customer management.
