You will maintain a robust candidate pipeline, collaborate with leadership, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience aligned with Blacksmith standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end recruiting, ideally in tech, digital or creative agency environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with a global perspective across time zones.
• Ability to manage a steady, data-driven pipeline and keep hiring managers informed.

• 2+ years of full cycle recruiting, ideally in a tech, digital or creative agency.

• A global perspective, comfortable across time zones and cultures.
• Strong ATS skills and a love of streamlined, automated workflows.
