Neotalent Conclusion, one of the Iberian specialists in IT and Engineering talent acquisition, seeks a Project Manager with technical knowledge in FTTH/DWDM transmission to join our team and work with Lyntia on fiber optic networks. You will coordinate with clients, partners and internal teams, monitor milestones, risks and documentation, and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders.

The ideal candidate holds a Telecommunications/Network Engineering degree, strong transmission networks

We are looking for a Project Manager with Technical Knowledge in FTTH/DWDM Transmission to join our teams and work with Lyntia, a leading telecommunications infrastructure company specializing in fiber optic and transmission network services.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Coordinate and oversee technical activities related to FTTH, DWDM and transmission projects.
• Monitor project tasks, planning, priorities and deliverables.
• Coordinate with technical teams, the client and external partners to ensure project progress.
• Participate in technical and project follow-up meetings.
• Track project milestones, incidents, risks and corrective actions.
• Act as a key point of contact between Lyntia, partners and technical teams.
• Support project management and coordination activities.
• Prepare, update and maintain project documentation and status reports.
• Ensure effective communication among all project stakeholders.

What profile are we looking for?

• Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Network Engineering or a related field.
• Technical knowledge of transmission networks and fiber optics.
• Experience or strong knowledge of FTTH and/or DWDM technologies.
• Experience in project coordination, planning and task management.
• Ability to monitor project activities, deadlines and deliverables.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with Huawei transmission technologies.
• Previous experience in optical transmission and FTTH deployment projects.
• Experience working directly with telecommunications operators, clients and external partners.
• Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile methodologies.
