Neotalent Conclusion is seeking a seasoned Technical Architect to join our teams in Madrid. You will lead architecture across multi-regional IT environments, drive API management, IT security, and workplace transformation initiatives for a major multinational client.

You will define architecture paradigms, governance, and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals while guiding solution design through lifecycle stages. English proficiency is essential for global collaboration.

Formación

• 10+ years in Technical/Enterprise Architecture roles.
• Experience in multi-regional multinational setups.
• Strong cloud architecture knowledge and strategy.
• Extensive infrastructure experience on Windows/Linux.
• Data management and large-scale data processing familiarity.
• Solid DevOps/CI/CD understanding.
• Ability to define target architectures across security, data, network, and cloud.
• Proficient in high-security environment solution validation.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Support CIO in local and global programs (AI, API management, IT security).
• Lead Enterprise Architecture governance (Design Authority, Architecture Review Board).
• Define application architecture paradigms (API-driven, SOA).
• Provide architecture leadership through solution lifecycles.

We are looking for a Technical Architect to join our teams and work with a leading multinational company with a complex multi-regional IT environment.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Support the CIO team in strategic local and global programs, including:
• AI & Agentic initiatives
• API Management
• IT Security
• Workplace transformation
• Provide Enterprise Architecture services to ensure consistency across the Information Systems landscape and alignment with business objectives.
• Support Application Asset Management and IT Refresh Strategy & Planning across platforms and infrastructure.
• Lead Design Authority and Architecture Review Board governance processes, ensuring alignment with local governance frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with Enterprise and Group Architecture Standards.
• Define application architecture paradigms, including API-driven and service-oriented architectures, principles, patterns, and design best practices.
• Support project design and implementation phases while promoting innovation.
• Define Business Vision, Value Chains, Architectural Blueprints, and Technology Roadmaps.
• Provide architecture leadership, analysis, and design expertise throughout solution development lifecycles.
• Ensure end-to-end integration, scalability, resilience, and security of solutions.
• Validate architectural solutions within highly secure and regulated environments.
• Produce and maintain Design Authority governance documentation, Architecture Review Board decisions, and meeting minutes.

What profile are we looking for?

• More than 10 years of experience as a Technical Architect or Enterprise Architect.
• Previous experience working in large multinational organizations with multi-regional infrastructures.
• Strong knowledge of Cloud Architecture concepts.
• Extensive experience with Infrastructure environments and Windows/Linux systems.
• Good knowledge of Data Management, including data structures, tools, and large-scale data processing.
• Solid understanding of DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Ability to define target architectures covering Security, Data, Network, Integration, Implementation Standards, Cloud, and Container technologies.
• Strong experience validating solutions in high-security environments.
• High level of English (written and spoken).

• CSA certification.
• CSSA certification.
