Oesía Group in Madrid, Spain, is seeking a Technical Manager with about 6 years of experience to join a major project in Madrid, Rivas-vaciamadrid. This role requires relocation.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, coordinate design, development, integration and validation of avionics systems, manage the lifecycle from requirements to service entry, and ensure compliance with DO-178, DO-254, ARINC, and related safety standards. Strong leadership and strategic vision are essential.

Formación

• Degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience leading complex technical programs in avionics or aerospace.
• Availability to relocate to Madrid, Spain.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a technical team, coordinating key project areas and ensuring excellence through the system lifecycle.
• Coordinate design, development, integration and validation of avionics systems.

What are we looking for?

• Technical Manager, with aproximately 6years of experience.
• Availability to relocate to a stable project in Madrid,Rivas-vaciamadrid.
• Work Schedule: M-T: 9H //F: 5,5H

Requirements:

• Degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent qualifications.
• Extensive experience in complex technological environments, preferably in avionics, defence or aeronautical systems.
• Nice to have: Knowledge of avionics systems such as: Navigation, communications, mission, sensors and/or control.
  Embedded systems integration.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams with motivation, clarity and a results-oriented approach.
• Strategic vision, initiative and a focus on technical excellence.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Lead a technical team, coordinating key project areas and ensuring excellence throughout all phases of the system lifecycle.
• Assign tasks,monitor workload, and support the resolution of technical blockers.
• Coordinate the design, development, integration, and validation of avionics systems.
• Manage the system lifecycle, from requirements definition through to entry into service.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and best practices for avionics and safety‑critical systems (DO-178, DO-254, ARINC, etc., as applicable).
• Act as the technical interface with other departments, customers, and project stakeholders.
