We are looking fora Line Manager (Industrial Sector) to join an important Project located in Valdepeñasin on-site job modality.

What are we looking for?

• An/a Line Manager (Industrial Sector), with at least 12years of experience.
• Availability to join a stable project in Valdepeñas.
• Degree:Advanced Vocational Training in electronic maintenance, telecommunications, mechanics, or a related field.
• Work Model: On-site.
• Work Schedule:Full-time.

Requirements:

• Advanced Vocational Training in electronic maintenance, telecommunications, mechanics, or a related field.
• At least 12 years of technical experience performing
  workshop tasks, including at least two years in organizational and team support roles.
• Knowledge of SAP.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Planning, organizing, and assigning tasks, prioritizing activities based on deadlines, resources, and available means.
• Supervising the team and providing support for complex technical issues.
• Identifying areas for improvement both internally and externally when interacting with customers.
• Evaluating performance and planning the professional development of team members under your supervision.
• Liaising with and reporting to upper management on activities carried out in the workshop.
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and protocols in your work and that of your team.
• Collaborating on service follow-up reports with the client.
• If necessary, assist in training new team members and/or updating their knowledge.
• Monitor service quality indicators (manufacturing/repair/customer response times) and correct any deviations, taking into account the objectives of each specific project.
• Ensure the proper application of applicable labor and occupational safety regulations.
• Be responsible for the workspaces in the workshop, ensuring that activities are carried out optimally.
