Oesía Group in Valdepeñas is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer (Electronic Cards) for an on-site role on a major project. The successful candidate will lead engineering support on the factory floor, perform DFMs, and maintain manufacturing documentation to ensure quality and schedule adherence.

We require a degree in Electronic or Industrial Engineering (or related field) and 4+ years in electronics manufacturing.

Formación

• Degree in Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications or related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in electronics manufacturing and industrialization environments.
• Proficiency with document management and configuration tools (SAP, Tortoise SVN, Jira-Trac, Tableau).
• Knowledge of electronics testing/validation tools (XJTAG, Vivado, Testway, TestStand).
• Programming and automation with Visual Studio, Python, LabVIEW.
• PCB design using PADS Xpedition and KiCad; mechanical design with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, DraftSight.
• Experience in PCB/PCBA manufacturing and assembly is a plus.
• Strong analytical and multidisciplinary collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as first engineering line on the factory floor, implementing corrective/preventive actions.
• Perform Design for Manufacturing analyses and identify production improvements.
• Prepare and maintain manufacturing docs, BOMs, and work instructions.
• Manage design deviations for repair of non-conforming PCBs.
• Design and develop manufacturing tools using SOLIDWORKS for machined parts/3D printing.
• Ensure traceability of materials throughout production.

What are we looking for?

What will your responsibilities be?

• Serve as the first line of engineering support for incidents on the factory floor, establishing corrective and preventive measures to minimize the impact on scheduling and deliveries.
• Conduct Design for Manufacturing (DFM) analyses and identify opportunities for improvement and automation of production processes.
• Prepare, update, and maintain manufacturing documentation—including manufacturing instructions, bills of materials (BOMs), and work instructions—ensuring compliance with defined production processes.
• Manage design deviations (waivers) for the repair and recovery of non-conforming printed circuit boards (PCBAs).
• Design and develop manufacturing tools using SOLIDWORKS, including machined parts and 3D printing solutions.
• Ensure proper traceability of materials throughout the entire production process.
• Collaborate with the Design, Production, Quality, and Testing teams to optimize manufacturing processes and improve industrial efficiency.
